Skördefest / Harvest Festival

En härlig höstdag med sin skörd. Sallad, blåbär, hallon, äpplen, potatis, lök och morötter. Det kan inte bli bättre än att odla allt detta själv. Sommaren är så bra…men hösten är bättre med all frukt och bär! 🙂 Klicka gärna på bilderna för att göra dem större.

Potatis blommor / Potato Flowers

I år var jag sen med sätta potatis, så frågan är om det hinner bli några ätbara potatisar innan den riktiga hösten kommer. Det kanske bara blir små spelkulor…men då har jag sätt potatis till nästa vår. Men hur som helst så tycker jag att potatis blommorna är mycket vackra. De blommar för fullt här hos mig just nu. Jag tycker att de ibland påminner om Amaryllis blomman. Som vanligt så har jag svårt att välja ut vilka bilder som jag ska lägga ut….men här kommer några godbitar.

This year I was late with planting potatoes, so the question is if the whether it is time to get some edible potatoes before the real autumn. There may be only small marbles … but then I have to put small potatoes next spring. But anyway, I think potatoes flowers are very beautiful. The full bloom here with me right now. I think that sometimes reminiscent of Amaryllis flower. As usual, I have a hard time choosing which pictures I will post …. but here are a few tidbits.
